Patty O. here to give you a look at some of what goes on behind the scenes here that’s completely irrelevleant to what happens on air.

A few months back we got some new, spiffy vending machines in our kitchen area. The snack machine had one of the most absurd pictures on it of some loser guy eating potato chips.

Would you give that machine a dollar?

The thing that makes it ridiculous is that guy looked like the happiest person on the planet eating those chips. So one day me and JPod were in the kitchen looking at the picture of that guy, having a good laugh about it and speculating whether he ever sees himself when he’s getting a snack or even knows that’s where his picture ended up. One thing led to another and we came up with the idea of putting a picture of Mikey eating chips over “Happy Chip Guy”. Today we followed through on the plan with help from Berger of Dale & Holley and plastered a picture of Mikey right over the other guys’ smiling mug…and the results were delicious for everyone.
